GREASE ARRESTER

Pumpserv supply complete range of FRP above and below-ground Grease Arrestors which are commonly used in Butcher’s shops, Cafe’s, Restaurants, Bakeries, Take-aways etc. to remove the free grease and oils and assist in preventing pipe blockages etc. They are required by legislation in many areas.

PUMP STATIONS

Both horizontal and vertical tanks are manufactured in diameters starting from 600mm up to 2400mm. Illustrated, is a 20,000 Litre Pump Station, NT with a 10mm thickness solid wall FRP with keying ribs at
designated intervals for installation in water charged grounded to assist with stabilization.

The resultant composite laminate is not only extremely strong but also tough and impact resistant. Tanks of this type have been manufactured with a capacity of up to 42,000 liters for both sewage and stormwater applications and can be manufactured with valve pits either integrated or supplied separately.
